HTSYS-5型全自動實驗軟膠囊機是我公司2012年研制的新型產(chǎn)品，該機是目前國內(nèi)*既能用于實驗室研發(fā)同時又能中試用的軟膠囊機型，該機也是目前國內(nèi)*一款大、小丸（100mg-2000mg）都能生產(chǎn)的機型，*按照GMP要求精心設(shè)計而成。采用單相220V電源，目前該機型被廣泛應(yīng)用于全國100多所藥研機構(gòu)和重點院校。
運用多種自動控制技術(shù)，操作簡單，性能穩(wěn)定，工作可靠。整機采用優(yōu)化設(shè)計，功能齊全，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊。整套設(shè)備包括一臺主機及控制系統(tǒng)、一臺干燥機、一只化膠罐、一個配料罐、一個膠體磨、一套模具、整套設(shè)備用材考究，*符合GMP要求，整套設(shè)備占地面積?。?個平方），適用于醫(yī)藥、食品、化妝品、保健品等多種行業(yè)。
